Commerce Society

There shall be an Association of Commerce students called "The Aska Science College Commerce Association".

1. MEMBERSHIP:
   The membership of the association is open to all Commerce students and staff of the College. Every student member of the Association shall pay an annual subscription of Rs. 10/-. at the time of admission.
2. OBJECTIVES:
   • The aim and objective of the association shall be to foster an enthusiasm among the student community about the growing role of trade and commerce in the national reconstruction and the uphill task ahead for them in the future industrial development of the country.
   • An annual meeting shall be organised by the association where the students may get the benefit of listening to personalities, reputed in the field of trade, commerce and industry.
3. THE EXECUTIVE BODY:
   The affairs of the association shall be managed by an Executive Body consisting of :
   1. The Principal, Ex-officio President.
   2. The Vice-President and Associate Vice-President to be nominated by the Principal from among the teaching staff of the Commerce department.
   3. The Secretary to be elected for the academic session from the Commerce students.
   4. Class representatives to be elected one from each commerce class.
   5. However, the Principal shall be the final controlling authority in all matters pertaining to the association.
