Library Committee

Composition :

Chairmen: Principal
Convenor: A senior member of the staff nominated by the Principal.
Member: Five/Six members of staff at a least one senior member of each stream nominated by the Principal.

Power :

It decided for any purchase for the Library, Suggest for the improvement of the library to the authority.

Function :

All purchases, requisitions received from various departments are placed before committee for approval.

Suggest the Principal to appoint a team for the physical verification of library at appropriate time of the session.

Suggest the Principal to write off the damaged/mutilated books present in the Library.
